You can renew it at either the airport or Denpasar Immigration Office at a cost of 250,000 rp. You will need to go there a week before your current one is due to expire and it will take 3 visits - the first to put in the application form and drop off your passport, the second to pay the fee and the third to pick up your passport. Otherwise you can go through an agent who will charge around 650,000 - 750,000 rp.

Yes Gil, it's now possible to extend VOA at immigrasi. The first time is legal, but I know of several people who have extended VOA up to 4 x times. It just depends on how much you're prepared to pay.
