I'm leaving Bali and thus I'm selling one of my prized possessions: a DELL Ultrasharp U2410 computer monitor. It's very difficult to get a good big monitor in Indonesia. This is a *great* monitor (check the reviews)
I cannot post links here. Best to google "Dell UltraSharp U2410 Monitor with PremierColor technology". Some highlights:
* 24 inches. 16:10 ratio. Works in landscape (horiziontal) or portrait (vertical) mode (eg photo below).
* ergonomic: fully adjustable height, tilt and pivot (I think this is super important), and an elegant interface for controlling brightness etc.
* all kinds of inputs (VGA, HDMI, DVI, video-input, SD-card (so you can view photos directly from your camera), 4-port USB hub.
* Works great - homogeneous colors. No dead pixels (a color issue with the first versions of this monitor is long resolved)
* looks cool.
I bought it new from the DELL distributor in Jakarta in September 2010 and have been using if from a 13 inch macbook - mostly for programming and writing big documents. But also for watching movies & editing photos. Its wonderful for music too. Its in perfect condition - was always used in air-conditioned spaces behind a surge protector & current stabilizer.
I paid 650 US$ for the monitor. I'm asking 4,000,000 IDR.
