I will be in Bali for a couple of weeks and will need to rent a cell phone, does anyone know if I can do this at the airport; or is there somewhere else that I should go to rent a phone that will gvie me a better deal.

Assuming you already have a cell phone, why not just bring your own cell phone to Bali and buy a SIM card here? You can find them most anywhere.
I've never heard of cell phone rentals here in Bali and this is likely because SIM card sales are so easily available.
If you don't already have a cell phone, the prices in Bali are very reasonable...in fact, cheap.

You can by a cellphone card for 25.000 rupiah, or a new phone for around 700.000 rupiah.
Second hand phones widely available.
The Balinese seem to have a competition going between warungs and cellphone shops.... :shock:
