Bakery at Carrefour Sunset - French baker

Hi, Does any of you know the French guy who is in charge for the bakery at Carrefour sunset? Or anybody has his contact details? Please pm me. I am planning to order a huge quantity of pre baked bread/rolls and wanted to check with him if this is possible. I haven't seen him for a while and was yesterday told by a staff that he's on holiday? Funny thing is that the stock of bread was also more or less 'on holiday' - not as many as usual Thanks for your help.

I believe the French guy's name is Danish Manoa. I do have his contact number, can you PM me. (as i don't have enough posting, so i can't PM you). Do you still need to order a huge quantity of baked bread/rolls? There is one bakery that I know supply to Bintang Seminyak and Hardy's Sanur. Check their website bbakery.biz
