Have you seen the new bamboo construction on the beach? I think that part of Sanur beach is called Mertesari and the bamboo construction is on the Mercure property. I think they will be able to help.
There is another place as well that is into Yoga and stuff nearby and much smaller (only a signboard). It is on the west of Mercure and also on the beach.

Never tried, just passed by.... but they do have morning and afternoon classes.
