Problems with Smart internet in the North

Is anyone else having problems with Smart Internet in the north at the moment?, My wife's cousin and I have been having a lot of trouble the last week. Seems it won't hold a connection for more than 2 minutes before going dead. Some days I can't even log on at all. I was in Denpasar a few days ago and it was fine, slow as hell but at least it worked. We've tried calling customer care but they don't have a clue either.

When I used it it was good in the morning, very slow in the afternoon and useless in the evening.

I've never really had a problem with it until the last week. I found a solution though, its called speedy :icon_rolleyes:
