Dear members,
I had to ban an IP address, the address that diinky used to post his or her messages from. diinky has registered a few other usernames and tried to get in.
The IP address is used by a satelite provider, wich has services in asia and australia, and maybe used by other users as well, but as far as I know it hasn't.
My guess is that dizzy actually posted from Australia, while stating living in Ubud [i]and [/i]Amed as a painter.
It maybe that I banned a whole satelite from this forum, but so be it.

Now he's sending emails to my (and probably others') private email address(es).
I've now removed my email link from my forum profile and blocked his email address in my email host. What a pest. :!:

Yup, sama sama with me...viz crazy e-mails. I doubt this person has ever, or could ever live in Ubud. I've seen a few expats get burned out over the years, but this one is "over the top." For what it's worth Bert, I think you handled this the right way, especially knowing how you hate to be so drastic.

Our friend hasn't given up on us.
He is registering from other IP addresses now (may be)
I cannot check (at the moment) all people that register, some I just let go through, some I given an extra check. (sorry if this happens to you)
You are warned. Can't be 24 hours on line. Happy to recieve request from others to become moderator, so obvious diinky mails can be deleted by them, with me being asleep...
