yeah thanks no.idea for the advice!
if i have the chance to get startet on bali, i/we will consult people like a serious lawyer who is specialized in our case. we have no idea about the rights in bali, so it would just be to dangerous to follow the advices of some amateurs, even if they are local ;-)
decision point will be next weekend, i have a meeting with my prospect investor. if we come to an agreement, a big part will be done.
does any one of you know a very good lawyer for our case, maybe there is a popular lawyer on bali?

not dangerous...plain stupid is a better description if you would follow advice from amateur locals.
advice from expats who are in the business is another story. not in the way of blindly follow their advice, but their advice might be helpful in getting your way from a to z straight.
I am wondering though, how are you going to pitch your plan/idea to your investor...wouldn't be a good start to mention that you have no idea about the rights in Bali...
okey conti..take care and goodluck next weekend, hope it will become a "go ahead" from the investor.
friendly greetings, gilbert.
