Hey Admin, Why does it give my posts UK time when I post them?

Markit, if you're logged in, go to the top of the page and click on "Settings". When it opens, on the left side of the page go to "General Settings". Scroll down to "Date and Time Options" and change the Time Zone to "+8 Beijing, Perth, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc". This will set your page to local time in Bali.
