Hi all.
I need to move in July. I'm looking for a nice furnished villa with pool and a min of 3 br. Located somewhere between Seminyak and Prerenan. Although would consider most areas within 40 min of Denpasar for the right villa.
The villa needs to have easy access with at least one bedroom on the ground floor.
In an ideal world we would be able to pay monthly and would pay a little more for the right place that would allow us this convenience.
If anyone has an empty villa for sale, I'd be open to renting on a month to month basis with the understanding that the villa would need to be shown regularly.
Bonuses would be:
Staff or at least a staff room.
Existing wifi and Indosat
Beach side of Jl.Kerobokan / Canggu.
I'm pretty flexible - looking for stylish and comfortable and easy access for elderly father.
