Hi everyoneI'm new to this forum and new to forums in general. So I hope I'm using correct protocols.I'm trying to locate brokers/agents, etc that are reputable and reliable (with honesty) that would be able to assist me in researching options for investing in a resort style accommodation. Does this type of investment opportunity exist in Bali? The type where when I'm not using the property the hotel/resort rents it out to tourists. Or the other option that it just remains vacant when I'm not there.Just starting on this journey of discovering the different options that may/many not be available and hope that some of you may have experience/knowledge of a direction to point me in so that I can start researching what options are around.

Are you referring to condotel style of places? They certainly seem to be popular in Bali right now. It seems to me that they are just another form of time share. I am not a fan of these types of places and I don't see them as an "investment". Generally they are not cheap to buy into, they have high management and ongoing fees, their occupancy projections are unrealistic and it's not going to be easy to sell the place if you need to get your money out, or there is a problem with the management company.

Id Say Ray White & Exotic (sp) are the better listing agents.

Good idea to check the dates on posts - this one's about 3 years old...And the estate agents you mention are nothing special in my opinion, just your normal agents. Investment grade hotel/villa projects are a dime a dozen here on Bali now - if you hate your money. There is such a glut of beds in the south it is fairly mind-boggling and the prices for 3/4 star rooms is at rock bottom. Saw one 2 nights ago offered for IDR500k with breaky.
