Getting jipped from Indo.com?

I made hotel reservations with Indo.com and they are overcharing my card by $235.00 US bucks! I email, call ect. and they are not fixing the problem. Anyone have this problem or know of what I can do? :evil:

You best can contact your card-company. With some you will be refunded by the company when it is clear they overcharged. (Bookingsform??). Ypur card-company will get the money back from indo.com. When this probleem occurs many times, the card-company will end their business with indo.com I have copied this message also to some dutch forums.

Well, they are a member of PATA, I was about to write, but I cannot find out if they really are. They say so on their website, but they are not listed on the PATA site: http://www.pata.org/frame2.cfm?pageid=3&destid=15 And this I scooped from a website, its not on the website anymore but still stored in google's cache...

Dear Mark, Many thanks for your information. This has gone a bit too far. It is true that PT. Bali Info Iklanindo Semesta is not a full member of PATA, I also wrote to Eka for his clarification. It is now clear that the the membership is under Indonesia Chapter ( which is different entity and sometime causing confusion). They can use PATA logo but with the Indonesia Chapter underneath only. Hello Mark, Thank you for your effort to straight this matter out. We now all have a better idea about the fraudulent usage. I hope indoDOTcom will also shows us the certificate of IBM Business Partner and VeriSign. Only indoDOTcom can prove themselves a honest agent, people can have more faith in its credibility. Again, your effort to clarifying this matter is highly appreciated.

They seem to have a security certificate: https://www.thawte.com/cgi/server/certd ... =IDPTBA1-1 But I don't know if this thawte company likes to give one out to a company that behaves like this... And just post some nasty messages in other forums. Maybe it helps... Maybe...

Im pretty sure I lived in Bali and WORKED in bali alot longer then you Roy. Do you even work? I know Bert said hes only been there 2 years and by the sounds of you it sounds like not more then 4 years. Sorry to say this but Bali ISN'T " Roys personal Bali". and many o people lived, worked and thrived there long before a grumpy old fart moved there, married a local and called it his. *hugs Roy* Its ok... a temper will get you nowhere in life.

Thanks for the reminder. It is maybe too easy to look at the info offered and just move on. Hee Hee... I just put up a forum, and the contributors make it worthwhile, not me. Thank You. Now no more "thank you's", and no more "I know better then you do's".
