Hi, I realize the expense and the equipment needed will be considerable. Just putting out some 'feelers' at the moment. I don't have anybody in mind for 'the job' but probably will look for a family member to train, whether training here by importing and employing a qualified butcher [means a shop could be opened quicker] or sending someone to Europe to college to train [would need to be halal to take advantage of the whole market], I'm not sure which is the best way forward. Still just a seed of an Idea. But I have people ready to supply animals. Also would like to build a smoke house for fish, and bacon. [Need to know what wood can be used here].
I will be selling up in the UK and am looking at various business ideas at the moment that will supply me with an income and keep me occupied. We certainly could do with a good butchers here. Bacon, ham, chops, decent steaks.
This is just one of a few Ideas I am 'pricing up'. But the one when set up I believe, will supply the most steady income.
