No UTC time + 1 hour, but Bali-time?

MiSO, I don't understand. I've just posted at 9.20am EST (Eastern Daily Light Saving Time), which is 10.20 pm in Bali, and my posting time on the BP is shown to be 9.30am, i.e., MY local time. :?
