I moved to Bali in 2002 and have always rented. I'm married to a local, am mummy to a 6 month old princess, and although we have our own house and land in Singaraja, we still rent a house in Gianyar to be closer to our factory and office. We own a small export business. The contract for our current house is almost expired and we're interested in living elsewhere as the house is old and needs heavy electrical and plumbing repairs which I'm not willing to pay for since the repairs are due to long term use (we've only lived here for 3 years). So now we're looking for a new home - should have a big, enclosed garden, at least two bedrooms, telephone line, a 'pembantu' room, and proper plumbing and electricity. Our budget is 15-18juta a year (long-term). Any location will be considered. Much thanks for any help! :)

After being in Bali for 8 years you should be offerering advice not asking for it. Have you tried Bali Adveriser? Your price even at a local level is very low.
