I know that there are a bunch of shops in Bali Collection in Nusa Dua. Seeming my hotel is wright next to the place (Melia Bali Villas and Spas) Ill prob be there most of the day. Mostely for food! i went to check out the website of the place and it says that it under construction so i am hoping you guys can recomend some restaurants,cafes,shops so on that i can go to there or places in the area.

Bali Collection is mainly western shops like Just Jeans, Surfer Girl, Baskin Robbins, Starbucks etc, so why you would want to spend all day there is questionable.
Go to Tanjung Benoa and Bumbu Bali for a decent Indonesian meal, you have limited choice in Nusa Dua, particularly good little cheapies.
Buy a dictionary.:) :)

The answer to the question why would you want to spend all day there? is that my hotel is directly next to it so no taxi costs and also i am not staying there all day i will prob go there for lunch and clothes shopping seeming that i am Western
