Could be some sort of interference in your area, like the landing of a spaceship. (Joking) Honestly could be interference but what kind of……..and went on for very long time. The problem I think still related to Indosat they do laying a lot. They did to me about 3 months ago.

Yes. I used to have interent through Indosat and when it was down would call the call centre in Jakarta and they would say there was no problem - then go to the office in Kuta and they would tell me there was a problem. So I take what they say with a pinch of salt. However Kuta also said no problem today.... will give it another day and see.

I am getting really frustrated and confused with the phones at the moment and wondered if any one else in the Jimbaran area is having problems.
We have a house phone on Flexi Classy which has been down for three weeks. There is a problem with the tower and they cant tel us when it will be fixed.
My main number is a Mentari one and for 3/4 days now I have not been able to use it. Or maybe one in 20 times that I try I can. We have called Indosat call centre who say there is no problem with the number. Today we went to Indosat who checked it and said no problems. Tried it all the way home and it was okay. As we neared home problem started again. Have driven around and it seems for .5 km so near us can not use it. It is not my hp as we have tried the SIM in 4 hps all the same problem. I tried buying another SIM IM3 (also from Indosat) same problem.
Is anyone else in the Jimbaran area having this problem? Indosat dont seem to think there is one and I am starting to feel like I am going crazy :icon_e_confused:

Sometimes if the place is too low or like covered with lots of hills, signal is quite difficult to trace.
Maybe you should ask if your place has been tested for that.

I have had no problem the last few years so no that is not the problem. Telkom said their tower was being repaired and today it seems after more than 3 weeks we are finally back on and with Mentari too. (Indosat) neighbours tell us they also had no Mentari signal for a few days so seems it was a coincidence they were all down at the same time! I am glad they are okay now as I am expecting calls from quite a few people who didnt have my alt number.
