Can anyone tell me the purpose of this feature and what it does on the member profile pages?Oh yes, and the "groups" thing just above. Whats that about?

If you add a foe they will be blocked from you or you from them. Not sure on the groups but I think you can just receive messages from those groups you want to.

If you add a friend they are on your friends list so when you are sending PMs they are there easier to add to the distribution list.I have never added a foe but was told that if I did, I would no longer see their posts... which could be confusing when you see others responding to them.....
