I have two nrs in my handphone:+65 9636 4854 (Ismael?) and +65 9732 4482 (Mohammed?)I never had a bad experience with a visa agent in Singapore.I cannot remember what I paid...

I've used Ismael before, last week actually, and paid $175 Singapore dollars, although I can't say if he will pick up and drop off the visa at your hotel, I usually see people stopping by in the morning and afternoon. No problems with him though.

One of the longest running visa agents in Singapore is called Man Courier Service (MAN). I've lost count of how many times I've used them in the past. Always a same-day service, (if you arrive in Singapore early enough), prompt and reliable.Their actual office was somewhere in Clemenceau Avenue. I haven't got their most recent telephone number.Bert above mentions "Ismael" and "Mohammed". They are both Man Courier Service. (Might even be father and son.)A quick search through the online Singapore phone book should find their current location, (if it's changed). Just one warning - this month is Ramadan in Indonesia with Idul Fitri coming up soon. Many government offices close. I would double-check dates for the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore. 8)

Hi, AndyGlad to hear that everything went smoothly for you in Singapore. It's also great that you posted your feedback here.Unfortunately no e-mail or website.
I wondered about this many years ago, especially as it's a business in Singapore where the internet seems to be just about everywhere. I suppose they get enough business through word-of-mouth and recommendations. As mentioned, I used him for a 60 day tourist visa but I understand he can also assist with all other types of Indonesian visas.
I did my first KITAS with him four years ago, (after I got all the papers completed in Indonesia). I remember asking how many photographs I needed to bring, (the Immigration office in Bali required 30 of various sizes). He laughed and said "that's Indonesia". Two were enough. :D

Yep the lack of e-mail thing is strange and inconvenient (he confirmed to me he doesn't have one, maybe next time I ask WHY and start a petition among Bali expats!)
I already asked him/them more than once. Never got an answer I could understand. They don't only deal with expats in Bali. Many others from Jakarta, Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, Bandung, etc. Must be enough to pay their bills so why should they worry? The main thing, as you point out is this:...nevertheless he gets the job done...
I've never heard of them screwing up even once, in the last 15 years. It's hard to think of a better recommendation than that. 8)

I think none of these agents use email conversations or websites as their business might be illegal. I don't think they want to have anyting written or have a website stating what kind of business they are doing.Just a thought

Dear All,It worked perfectly so many thanks! - I called Ismail Hamdan on +65 6334 5520 the day before arriving in Singapore. He sent someone to my hotel the afternoon I arrived and picked up my passport, 175 Singapore Dollars, one passport photo and a copy of my future ticket out of Indonesia. - The next afternoon he sent someone to drop off my passport at my hotel with a new 60 day tourist visa in it. Very smooth service, and everything done professionally. He has his own company called "Ismail Visa Consultant" and the details are as follows:Tel: +65 63345520Mobile: +65 96364854Fax: +65 63345518Address: 190 Clemenceau Avenue #02-16, Singapore Shopping Centre, Singapore 239924. Unfortunately no e-mail or website. As mentioned, I used him for a 60 day tourist visa but I understand he can also assist with all other types of Indonesian visas. Thanks, Andy
Hi Thanks for the great info....now does anyone know of a good cheap hotel for a family to stay in while doing the visa run?

Time in and out for Visa in SingaporeGreat information. I need to fly in and out the same day in Singapore. What is the usual drop off in the morning and get back in the afternoon times for the passport? 60 Day Tourist Visa will go fast. How about a multiple entry business visa? Does that take longer? Thanks.

08.30 in the morning drop off/pick-up...+- 16.30 getting it back at your hotel.Multi Entry, timewise it should be the same as for the 60 Tourist..

Probably a good idea to call them also in advance before you leave for Singapore. You also need to make sure there aren't any local or Indonesian public holidays.

Three things:Firstly - Andy, did you know that you can extend your thirty day visa on arrival for another thirty days at embassy in Renon? (and I believe various other embassies places around Bali)It costs 250,000 to do this and you do not need an agent. I have done it three times and each time it was very simple. After sixty days you can then change this visa into a social visa which would last another four months. This would save you a lot of money - if you ever need to extend your visa again.Secondly - the penultimate time I left Bali, as I was going through passport control, the customs official wrote down his name and number on a card and told me to ring him if next time I wanted to get my visa sorted for long periods of time - anyone else ever experience that? I personally would NEVER even consider ringing that number...Thirdly - the last couple of times I have visited Singapore I have stayed in Johor, which is just over the border in Malaysia. It is much cheaper for hotels and on the whole is a nice place. The problem with this is that you need your passport to get across the border - so if you leave your passport overnight with Indonesian embassy, that isn't going to to possible. However you may be able to convince your agent to pick up form there....

I think all the embassies are in Jakarta, and being agencies of other countries they would not extend visas for staying in Indonesia. Maybe you mean the Indonesian Immigration Department in Renon.

Have I got this straight. If you want to get a 60 day tourist visa in Singapore yourself, it will take 3 days. If you use an agent he can get it for you the same day (as he greases some palms) is that correct?

I humbly suggest you look back at this offering:https://balipod.com/forum/threads/an-idiot%E2%80%99s-guide-to-the-one-day-visa-run-to-singapore.4037/

Hi Thanks for the great info....now does anyone know of a good cheap hotel for a family to stay in while doing the visa run?
Previously, I stayed at Lloyd's Inn in Lloyds Road. It's close to Somerset MRT station and to Orchard Road. It's simple, budget accommodation and very clean, although it doesn't have a pool. If you send the owner, Sim an email she'll answer you very promptly.LLOYD's INN _ Reservation FormLloyd's Inn (Singapore, Singapore) - Inn Reviews - TripAdvisorSingapore hotels are, on the whole, quite expensive. I also want to go to Singapore on a shopping trip in the next couple of months and have looked at staying at The Strand. Reviews on Trip Advisor look good for a budget hotel.
