Hi, funny that is found this forum just when I was searching for "Tai Chi on Bali" because I'm thinking about teaching Tai Chi on Bali in near future. Maybe. I already teached the Yang-Style (
http://www.jdiatcc.com) Short-Form and Qi Gong in Germany (
http://www.centre-qigong.de) and I think that Bali is a great place with much power to exercise Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong. And the number of schools and teachers seems to be less.
If you like, I can give you an introduction to Tai Chi, to give your New Year's resolution some speed before it's gone. Unfortunatly I'm staying in Payangan near Ubud, but we will find a meeting place I think.
You can also have a look at this site:
http://www.chihouse.info
It's in Canggu and close to you. I dont know if these guys are still active, but have a try.
Videos I wont recommend because you can see the movements - but nobody is telling you something about the inner principles. and most of all: to exercise together is very important to have a chance to feel the correct movement. That's what i learned from Master John Ding - and not to be too "holy" with these things. Smiling is also very important!
I wish you to find a good teacher and that you got fun, power and great health with Tai Chi.
