I can't say who with cause of the rules but I can say how and then you can go and look. I have just got a free App for my certain brand of phone. As long as you and the other person both have .... on your phone and are in a wifi zone and connected to wifi the call is FREE (I've tried it and it works). If they are not in a wifi zone or don't have .... but you are and do then vg call rates 5 cents US to an Aussie landline and 25 to a mobile from Bali (note it is US but still pretty good). I had a very small problem gettting it going on my .... but they were fab on the solution when I emailed them so wellll worth it so if you go an look you willlll save

Hi JC. Yip, knew about Skype but this is a totally portable mobile app that fully integrates with your phone's system so if your in a wifi zone then it uses (only for internat calls) the system. It's called (I ain't selling cause I have no r'ship with them other than as a customer) Truphone.

I'm sorry, mobius, but I'm not completely sure what you're telling us.
Services like Skype, for example, have been providing free internet calls for many years, so long as both users have Skype on their computers. I believe that there are "portable Skype" applications that can be loaded onto many brands of handphones.
Skype calls to landlines, (normal telephones), in different countries, are usually extremely cheap. (You just have to have some credit in your account.) Calls to international handphones, sending SMS, etc, are also possible. Even Video calls, if both users have web cameras on their laptop/desktop.
I might add here that Skype is not the only available option. There are many other internet VOIP services. Skype just happens to be one of the biggest and best known.
:D
