Hi not sure if the 3kg cylinder is available but the 9kg with an adaptor to companion or pol to 3/8lh gas is getable from ACE hardware not sure if that helps you but you could always ask the handier locals around where you live they seem to be able to find stuff your average person cannot .

Thanks anyway Dave G.
I was asking since here in Java the 3kg gas cylinder are available everywhere. Supposed to be for the poor people only, at the beginning, but now available for everyone, not really but you only need to ask and you will get one or two or…….Very handy for spare. Maybe not in Bali yet since no one else gave me any answer.

Hi Lumumba,
I have asked my propane supplier, he doesn't have it.
He said either people cook on woodfire, or the 14,8 kg(berat kosong) propanetanks, the bigger tanks are provided mainly to restaurants.
He would ask his distributor, if it's possible to get them here. When he sends me a sms, I will let you know....
Friendly greetings, Gilbert.

Hi guys!
I've just moved to Bali and trying to find if there are any deliveries for the bit blue gas tank for my home stove with oven. I've asked around and it seems everyone buys it and carries it home themselves which would be a prob for lil ol me with only a motor bike. Any ideas?
balibule
where do you live? we have a shop nearby who sells gas bottles and aqua gallons and deliver to our home.
balidavo
you can buy the small green bottles , and large blue bottles (full) everywhere . You never have to go far to buy one . Anywhere that sells the exchange (ie; swap and Go ) bottles will sell you a full bottle . I forget the exact price , but the initial cost to purchase the full gas bottle is ; green is about rp 150,000 , and blue bottlesare about rp450,000 . (this is what I paid and im a bule , im not sure if locals can buy it cheaper , but I think this price is pretty good.
When the gas is empty and you return the empty bottle in exchange for a full bottle ..., the refilled exchange bottle cost is -- Green = rp12,000 , and blue = rp 75,000

@eriins...welcome to the forum and on Bali :D
up north every shop that sells the gastanks/bottles can deliver it too..ofcourse this doesn't help if you're down south..
tip : walk in there and just assume (bodylanguage and tone of voice) that they do delivery and just ask how much it would cost to deliver if you would buy a bottle there.

I'd love to see that picture.
How do you stand that says "please can you deliver my gas?".
gilbert de jong
hahaha...in Indonesian markit not english ofcourse ;)
Markit
Now I understand!
That's why I don't get my gas delivered - I've been standing in English.
gilbert de jong
standing??
if you mean the way to stand/attitude/voice when asking...it's pretty much the same as when I ask/tell a girl to * someone :D
