Unfortunately i may have to go into hospital with in the next 3 months and that means my 60 tourist visa will expire before i can use it so if that does happen and i go back to the consulate for another 60 day tourist visa will they ask questions and will i have difficulties obtaining a replacement ? Thanx in advance :D

Anton, why dont you try approaching the consulate now (before your visa expires) and explain the situation to them..
you never know, they may re-issue it on on these grounds. (bring medical proof etc.)

Regardless they will not give you a hard time as you will pay another fee for the visa

Thanx chilli & jimbo, i guess i better wait and see how long i may need to rehab before i start knocking on the consulate door im just glad there wont be an enquiry :mrgreen: as for the visa fee well only $60 not a great loss once in a while just a pity i cant get away sooner :( strange this trips been on the cards for the past two years but something always seems to derail it :!:
