So if I'm reading this correctly (not finished slogging through just yet) you'd first have to attract the attention of someone in a position of sufficient authority and either ambition or vindictiveness who might then invoke one of these vague and confusingly worded ordinances--sorry, laws?

But, one is accountable for their words, especially those words which appear in a public venue, such as internet forums. Indonesian civil and criminal law is pretty generous for the plaintiff when it comes to libel and slander. All too often many internet users mistakenly think that hiding behind anonymous names and creative avatars are immune and unaccountable for their words…when in fact, that is not the case here in Indonesia.
