Rien and his partner Marja invited me for diner. Rien picked something half-way between us, so we met at restaurant "Mooi Zeist", which is, although the name does not say so, an Indonesian restaurant, owned by Ed, who has a Dutch mother and Indonesian father. First time I had Sate Domba... The restaurant was the spot where Dutch TV Cook Lonny ( http://www.lonnys.nl/ ) got EUR 15.000 once or his Leukemia foundation operating in Indonesia... I believe Lonny is a friend of Rien and Marja. See here: http://www.mooizeist.nl/ I learned there is a Indonesian restaurant called "Singaraja" in Breda, so I have to go there.... Anyone in the neighborhood? This was the first "BEF" meeting in the Netherlands, had a very short German one last year in Frankfurt with Thorsten... .

Fantastic. Now I understand Bert why you changed your avatar! :D It looks to me like Rien selected a classy place! Oddly enough, whenever I see the Dutch word mooi, I always think of Mooi Indie, which is the art historical term given to Dutch 19th century painting in Java. Great photos, and it looks like you all had great fun!
