Been in Delhi about 3 hours after a very pleasent flight (albeit 2 hours late) the problem is I am in a 5 star hotel suite which has absolutely no relationship to India.The chances of me seeing or tasting it will be zero. I hate these kind of places and like to get down and dirty in a country. The problem here is that I do not have time to explore and my osts think I like this because I am a westerner. Two days here and then off to Mumbai for three nights before going to Manila. I hope its better there. Still less than 3 weeks an I will be home. Even though it is my father in laws funeral I will be so happy seeing all and I mean all of my extened family.

Finally made it to the 42nd country I have been to and am now in Manila. The journey was not good. First I went to Bombay during all the bad weather. After approaching the landing shaking (the plane and me) the pilot aborted it and we had to go through it all again. God I hate flying.This morning woke up at 01.00 am to go to the airport to get the plane to Bankok, Hong Kong and Manila. After rushing the flight was delayed 2 hours. This put all the connections in Jeopardy. Delayed again in Hong Kong after running for 20 minutes to catch the plane and then had to sit on it whilst the weather cleared 1 1/2 hours.Got to Manila airport and of course no one was there to meet me. Not to worry find a taxi and get to the hotel where I am writing this. The joys of travelling NOT. Still only 12 more days and I will be meeting the family and off to Indonesia. That travellin I will not mind.
