Isn't that a bit hard on this forum's "voyeurs"?Maybe they're trying to build up courage to write something and are just not ready yet. Remember. Some of them are the posters of the future.Pelan-pelan.Just a thought. :(
Bert Vierstra
Voyeurs are recognized, I know who they are.People who registered and never logged in, or last logged in a looong time ago will be gone..... (if they didn't post)
Jimbo
MatsIf it made Roy laugh it would be funny :-)

I guess that's fair enough, Bert. What I'm wondering about now is how many posts we have to make before we get an official T-shirt? Think about it. Just another form of "free advertising". L or XL would probably fit me (if I ever become eligible)...not sure about Roy or Jimbo. What about some car stickers? :D
Bert Vierstra
Something like this?http://www.bali-information.com/forumpics/tshirt.jpg[/img]

Now you made me laugh out loud!
Roy
Yes Jimbo, I got a kick out of your post. Maybe I'll still buy you a single malt at Nuri's. :D Front and back on the tee shirts Bert! Also, how about adding the URL under "Join The Bali Expat Forum." Let, see..."marketing" ideas:Free if you pay to use the toilet at Cracker's BarFree if you buy a martini at Nuri'sFree if you adopt a Bali street dog.Free if you clean up one are of beach in either Kuta or LegianFree for one gram of locally mined Bali goldFree with your purchase of one set of Henkle knives at Ace HardwareThose are just a few ideas that come immediately to mind! :P
Bert Vierstra
Ok.We lost close to a thousand users today. They registered, but never logged in. Most of them spammers, build up in about four years.
Roy
Hmmm, let me have a guess at the first letter of their first names. Does the letter M ring any bells? :P In any event, they have plenty of other places to go and hang out. "Da da." Is there anything more to say?
Bert Vierstra
I don't think it so serious. What IS serious is spam in general. :(
Roy
What IS serious is spam in general?
I don't know exactly, but don't you just hate it when someone with a grudge puts your e-mail address on every drug seller, penis extender, suppository, and lotto wining address book they can find?
Bert Vierstra
Its a crime you can get away with.
Sanurian
I love the t-shirts, Bert. Do they come in any other colours? And how many posts do I have to make before I get one (and maybe one for my wife, too)?
Bert Vierstra
If your wife has 500 posts, I'll think about it :)
Jimbo
I now use the spam stopper provided by windows. I checked it for a year to see if it would capture useful mail and out of an average of 10 spam mails a day it only did this once. They just disapear without me seeing them.Of them all only the penile extender might have been of interest :-)
