At least you were for the last years but I've heard rumors that the authorities are now beginning (again!) to restrict access to it. My wife finds it impossible to speak slowly in Bahasa Indonesia so speaks English at home. For better service, I would be happy to pay more, but RP. 150,000 is their top class. They have millions of clients, and government subsidies, so they should pay accordingly.
