Do you think it a walking path or a shortcut for motorbikes? At least they have the cover over the hole! There have many a naive tourist with their head in the clouds not watching where they were walking and fell in a nice 1 meter deep hole full of plastic and plenty of bacteria for a bonus, because they opened the cover and didn't put it back on. Smart people here!
