What are the key considerations couples should keep in mind when considering a prenuptial agreement to protect their assets and financial interests in the event of a divorce or separation? How can a prenuptial agreement help establish clarity and fairness in the division of property, debts, and other assets acquired before and during the marriage? Are there any limitations or legal requirements that couples should be aware of when drafting and signing a prenuptial agreement? How can couples navigate the potentially sensitive conversation surrounding a prenuptial agreement and ensure open communication and mutual understanding? In what situations is a prenuptial agreement particularly beneficial or recommended? Can a prenuptial agreement address other matters beyond financial aspects, such as spousal support, child custody, or business interests? What steps should couples take to ensure the validity and enforceability of a prenuptial agreement? How can the assistance of legal professionals, such as family lawyers or mediators, contribute to the creation and negotiation of a fair and comprehensive prenuptial agreement? Are there any alternatives or variations to prenuptial agreements, such as postnuptial agreements or specific clauses within the agreement, that couples should consider? What factors should couples weigh when determining whether a prenuptial agreement is the right choice for their unique circumstances and relationship dynamics?

Believe it or not any Indonesian national/citizen needs to have a prenup if marrying a foreigner to be able to have full title to any property that they buy IN INDONESIA! Madness, right? Any circumstance seems to be acceptable, no matter how extreme, to ensure that no foreigner gets to own one single, square centimeter of the motherland. Citizens in their own country cannot own property outright in their own country if marrying a bule without. And just to add to the fun - the foreigner in the married pair is not allowed by law to work in Indonesia in any form he may wish to support the marriage - Madness! Thanks Holland!

Depends on if you are marrying a bar girl(Rent)? If you are marrying a lovely Indonesia girl and get on with her family sign away. We have signed a postnup as we have been married for a long time. You will need to show your post/prenup before you can buy and land/house.

He or she is really bound to self-employment, supporting the indonesian partner.
