I know Surabaya went to digital channels last week, so new antennas and set top boxes are the go. Not sure if that helps

If you have an internet connection (clearly you do) why don't you download anything you want to see from the internet? Try this link for finding the programs: https://piratebayproxy.live/And Qbittorrent to download them.

We went full internet TV, including Netflix, Prime Video, Vidio, HBO Go, Youtube etc, and have never looked back. No issues so far, touch wood.

While it doesn't directly answer your question I have some suggestions for you:USA VPN download the Tubi app (or use website depending what you're using), it has many of the USA TV channels streaming for free and also quite a decent content library. Roku channel is simialr, though i find Tubi is a bit easier to use on my devices.I tested all the free VPN services at one point, a paid one is considerably superior, mainly faster and they had much nicer interfaces. https://privatevpn.com/ I use this one and quite like it, though of course a different brand will do similar so that's entirely up to you.The pirate bay like MarkIT said is great for downloading popular content, I guess in Indonesia it doesn't matter but in the western world I'd use a VPN to download from it. The mirrors sometimes go down or get taken down, a quick google search for "pirate bay mirrors" should sort that out.Another suggestion I took up from a member here is to spend 600,000 - 1.5 million on an android TV box off tokopedia, HDMI cable to your tv and your youtube, netfix tubi and downloaded shows running off a USB stick is pretty easy and leaves your laptop free to function as a laptop rather than highjacked by your TV viewing.Enjoy.

Living here since 5 years, 2 TV in the (rental) house of which one in the bedroom...I always wondered why anybody would want a TV in his bedroom ? When I was younger I had better to do, and even now at 70 the thing has never been turned on.Not answering your question, but in 5 years the living room TV is only on to listen music on Youtube or watch some Netflix series.Never me, or my companion, watch any of the brainwashing stuff that you see.on "regular" TV but to each his own.
