Indonesian legally can't turn him over either since they don't have that kind of relationship with the US so I think he's hiding out here and guilty.

Russel Simmons wouldn't have the most unusual first and last names in the US. Also Americans have been extradited before from Bali, so there has to be a treaty to do so.
