Hi All,Can anyone provide an idea of the cost of legal rep for mediation to remove occupants from a property?Also a realistic sale price for a 3 bdrm, 3 ensuite, 29 are villa with infinity pool, good bore water and seperate staff and kitchen building. South Ubud. No parking, Paddy views, fully furnished, beautiful. Free hold.Help would be highly appreciated. :)

If you want to involve legal people, pick a number and x10.Have the occupants a lease on the property?Are they local or western people?Have no idea about sale price.best of luck.

What's the per are price in your area for land only - in some cases the presence of a house can actually devalue the land, Ubud is like that. Every a-hole wants to build their own. How old is the house? Pictures please - everyone says their house is "beautiful", most aren't.
