I can't say for certain but Telkom is doing a pretty good job of installing it all over Indonesia. I know people who got it easily up in the hills of Lovina, so I am sure you can get it in Munduk. Telkom is upgrading their whole network to fiber. You can see the thick cable that runs on the old telephone posts. If you live close to a main road then it should be fairly easy to get installed.
