Hi folks, has anyone any experience setting up a representative office in Bali? Our business's main suppliers are in Java and Bali and we are looking to increase the amount of products we purchase from Indo. We are a small but expanding business.Anyone with any experience in this area?

I have read about the restrictions of a representative office. It sounds like you are quite limited to what you can do. What do you hope to get out of establishing a representative office?

Our main suppliers are centred in and around Bali. The objective is to increase the amount of product we buy from our suppliers, direct them in the quality we require, improve shipping techniques/costing and source addtional suppliers.
