Actually, I don’t think having Moderators is a good idea. They seem to be bias towards long time members, and not Confront them when they start insulting, new posters, which only scares the new posters and makes them not want to Post! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and if the Long time members don’t like what a new member is posting, then they should contribute something that they think about the subject, and not focus on the Poster’s comment! I’ve seen some very Rude, unnecessary, Attacks on people. The By Laws state, that everyone should focus on the topic, not the Posters! But many disregard this rule, and even pack up against someone like a pack of Dogs!
