Still broken?

Hello Balipod administrators, as you know, the site has been off for a week, then on a day maybe, then off again for a week, then back a day. You get the picture. Why don't you hire a professional to fix your site? We have asked you before, and this problem still continues. I use the Expatindo site, and it never has this problem. It would be nice if you would, for once and for all, fix the glitch in your system. Fingers Crossed!

Never responding to users notices about continuing problems is not really a very good way of keeping the site alive. Still getting "Oops". At least respond with something that tries to help us understand the problem and what is being done to fix it.

I agree. I notice where I live, that when I ask a question about something, the response is Tunngu Sebetar.(wait a moment). I wait and wait, and maybe get an answer, maybe not. it seems, I have to call them again to get an answer. I wonder is it, if the answer is yes, I get a quicker response. If the answer is no, they just don't respond. Is this about losing face, or what? I know people here don't like confrontations, but a simple answer, would be nice. If this is a cultural thing, someone please enlighten me!
