Hi all,Just a quick question for those with Indo spouses who travel overseas. Is the six month passport validity requirement to enter Indonesia applicable to Indonesian citizens? The missus is intending to return home for a month over Idul Fitri in June (returning back to Oz in mid July) and her passport expires in October. Does the rule only apply to foreigners? You could check with your local embassy/consulate to be on on the safe side, but I am sure the six month requirement is only for foreigners entering Indonesia.

No way it could apply. Indonesians are entitled to return to their country irrespective of passport status.
