I think you may be a founding member of the "conspiracy" generation - sabar mate.
I prefer to assign a much simpler motivation to the admin usage of AI here: they are attempting to generate more traffic and discussion on the site for whatever reasons they may have - sales, clicks, ratings, etc.
As I said it's (still) quite easy to pick the AI contributions out by their perfect grammar and spelling. We're all to fecking stupid to write that well.
