During a visit to confirm docs for kitap renewal ,our friendly immigration officer said that during the life of kitap merp must be constantly applied every 2 years whether you use or not , this of course is crazy ! I have to say I heard this before at another imm office and dismissed it as rubbish .Anyone else have information on this ?
