Hello everyone,I'm looking for a dedicated office space (not just a desk, but an actual room) in the Denpasar region (preferably west) in an office building with an office IMB.As cheap as possible. The only one I found so far is in the ibis styles, however they don't have any available at the moment. Any tips would be welcome!

2 ways to find a lease in Bali;1) Look online (Facebook Bali rental groups or real estate agent websites).2) Manually ride/drive around looking for locations and get an Indonesian to call up to inquire and negotiate for you.Always try deal with the owner and not an agent :)

I guess kabouter needs the office IMB for his PT / PMA. Point is you rent an office which you don't need or ever use :) You can't open a PT / PMA when you use your villa as an office...

Yeah Sakumabali is correct, it is just a prerequisite and it is quite hard to find an office in denpasar with the correct IMB license, most of them have a ruko license.

If its only for a matter of finding one that you'll use on paper.i got a space in the main road of Ubud, it is definitely a business IMB because my neighbor is Permata Bank and we use the same IMB from the beginning.Contact me if you want to work out a deal
