Hello I Want To Move To Bali Soon... I Search YouTube , Instagram And Google to finding a Hause With 1 Bedroom And a private Pool In bali but there are'nt enough information about hauses there. can you help me to find online hause rental resource ? tnx

Do get a motor bike licence and international motor bike licence before you come. Many many problems if you have any sort of accident. Insurance would not pay.

So youd start by getting an idea for the area you are interested in, kuta, canggu, ubud etc . .. and then, 1 you do a search on rumah123.com 2 you google search my-area facebook community 3 you search my-area facebook property 4 you google bali property and you'll find agent's sites. Talking to them is free so you might benefit from doing so. Better still, come to bali, arrange a longer hotel or guest house stay for say 3-6 months, hire a scooter and really get to know where you want to live, whats going on and what things cost once you are actually here. Spot on. We came here, stayed 2 weeks in an hotel in Kuta, looked around. Kuta / Seminyak too crazy, Ubud I simply hated it. We had a beer and got T.F. out of there, found Sanur and loved it. Next we selected a resort in Sanur for a 1 year contract, the idea being to find a villa during that time. In fact 5 years later we still live in that resort as we realized the advantages compared to renting a house / villa. Great garden, 25 m swimming pool, on hand staff for any problem, wifi, cable TV, hot / cold water.... all included. No hassle about maintenance or repairs. And opportunity to meet various people all year long. Note : we are a couple, no kids. With kids it would probably have been diifferent.

Haha, I do too. To repair my own car when some idiot bike gets too close and scratches it, and to tell a biker I might unfortunately collide with to get stuffed if they want cash on the spot, and talk to my insurance company for compensation under my third party liability cover. On board camera also a good idea, as here virtually no one believes a story, but nearly all believe pictures/videos.

I did too for a number of years but after several fender benders I found that the price of insurance and the hastle of having to deal with locals that had no clue what insurance was and how it worked was in no relationship to the price of paying for all the repairs myself.

I don't dispute the logic but what happens if you collide with a very expensive Mercedes of a VIP with clout? In Australia I often just used "knock" insurance that would cover damage to another car.

I have yet to see the car you're talking about and "vip with clout" is preceded by about 10 cop cars and can be heard coming on Monday for Wednesday.
