Tokopedia seems to have a good selection. I just got back from Pepito in Lovina and they had some. The printing shops on the island are pretty good and could print some if you give them some ideas. They may also have some programs for doing it.

I've previously bought from Carrefour and a shop in Mall Galleria which I think was a large Periplus - so maybe the bigger shops in the chain stock them too. Good call thinking of it now, mine from last year posted in early Dec arrived (or some didnt at all) around middle Jan - Ho Hum.
