Can any one provide information on the legality of private wifi company's installation of there steet poles that carry there !Ines on private land without consulting land owners or permission from land owners. Example. They ran the steel poles as per normal on the edge of Jalan but on our land installed 5 poles not on edge in line with others but in the middle of our land . Any future construction will be affected by the position of these poles there's 2 lines already on the poles from different private companies . Does any one know who are responsible for these poles is it the PLN or other Kantor etc

yes we had similar experiences. if it's on your land you can ask the company to remove them (or remove them yourself; in this case get witnesses! pecalang, Banjar, video etc) Usually the internet companies make you an offer ;) see above: free internet!

The problem is trying to find out who these companies are at the moment there's 2 lines on by the end of the year will be more . I'm trying to find out who installed the posts is the PLN or the original line company .

if it's PLN it might be more difficult. but even in this case you can say no. I remember there was a case for an electricity cable from Java to Bali. The Banjar on Bali refused the installation. Classic: everyone needs garbage disposal but nobody wants to be near the garbage. "Why not in the neighbor village?"

The poles are color coded. Google for the legend and you can figure out who has poles on your land. Btw, it probably wasn't the actual service provider company that installed the poles, but a subcontractor acting on their behalf. Anyway, it's not legal without the consent of the landowner. Definitely talk to the banjar as well so they are aware of the issue.

This is wifi not electric wifi are private companies I'm trying to find out if PLN installed the poles for them or if the private company did . I got no problem with wifi but I do have a problem with private companies ignoring and trespassing on my land and installing infrastructure to profit them without my permission

Think you might have grabbed the wrong end of the stick here. I don't know the original poster so can't speak for him but I dont think his commplaint is NIMBY - Not-In-My-Back-Yard. I think his complaint is that contractors (they are always contractors it seems) simply unlawfully entered his property and (presumably ) illegally installed poles - effectively siezing some of his land and moreover they did so in such a way to bisect his land rather than running them around the perimeter which would at least have caused minimal disruption. I guess he could sell any villa he builds there as having 5 designer trees present ..... errr or something. Don't know the answer but feel the pain. Back in January my dogs went mental barking - a sure sign of an intruder - and sure enought two lads had let themself onto my garage rooftop terrace and were busy cementing a cable diagonally across its length so as to span the street without sagging. Opening the gate allowing fido access solved the situation rather rapidly. However 2 months later we returned from a jolly to the beach with fido to discover a newly cemented cable dagonally bisecting said terrace . . . sighhh.
