I don't pretend to understand what you are asking so I'll wing it:
You, as in personally you can't own land here in Indonesia regardless of your visa.
You, can lease land from the owner (an Indonesian) for a number of years. You don't need a PMA to do that (I think, stuff changes quickly at the mo).
