After running this site and living in Bali for more than 10 years, I would like to put it up for sale. The site has been online for over 14 years. The site has had a steady stream of advertisers, some of whom have been long supporters of the site. I can provide a list of all advertisers, past and present.
The site has been approved for Google Adsense, although I did not bother running the ads. I get contacted regularly by companies, such as insurance, looking to work together, so I think there are plenty of opportunities to partner with companies selling products and services to expats in Bali and Indonesia.
While I don't think you would get rich just from the advertising, I think the site would benefit anyone running Bali based business aimed at expats (visas, business consulting, legal, property etc). The site for example has been very helpful in landing clients for my wife's legal business.
I am happy to share Google Analytics and Webmaster data to verify traffic.
The site can run on a shared host, so hosting is not a large expense. I can help to set up the site on your own site and provide any technical help for at least the first 3 months. The site runs on Xenforo and Wordpress. I have looked at many different forum software companies and I think Xenforo has the best software in terms of ongoing cost and features.
