I successfully merged the posts, but then deleted the first post in the thread (which was a duplicate of the 2nd post) and the whole thread disappeared. Thinking about it after the event, this makes sense. Delete the first post, thread gone.I have asked admin if it's possible to restore a deleted thread. Waiting on a reply.
