Im not sure where Markit gets the idea that this Forum is for expats only. Certainly many do live in Bali, others who live in other countries own or are building in Bali some just come and go. The very term ‘expat’ would indicate that tne person has ‘travelled’ to a land other than his place of birth so they are in fact travellers.
