Your notary will split the certificates as you wish - costs more. Since it probably belongs to some random driver or your Indo girlfriend/wife I wouldn't bother cause you're gonna get ripped off anyway.

Below is a picture of the area, if you can recommend any land surveyors that's also ok, we could also use a specialised landscape architect but most good architects are multi disciplined, we've already done basic drawings of the 3 lots with subdivided plots for villas etc (my meaning is the urgent thing is to get the land boundaries drawn precisely so we can register the land, the details of the villas can be do next week) which we have sent to the architects, I don't have the software or know-how to do it myself so need a professional.
