Hi Wendy, what kind of timeframe are you looking at? 2022? I assume you are looking at getting a retirement Visa for Indonesia? I really don't know what your situation is so can't really provide any help based on your post. One thing I have found is that if you "purchase" a property on a 99 year lease, you can apply for a retirement Visa fairly easily, meaning pay $10,000, possibly less, for a leased condo and you can get to Bali and then stay in the condo or travel fairly cheaply around Bali. I'm currently staying in a beachfront rental for a month for $750 in Candidasa and have a retirement Visa. There are cheaper monthly rentals on Bali available in Ubud. Shared units are cheaper. Now is a good time to buy a [;ace in Bali as, infortunately, the economy is struggling very badly. Cheers.
